O projeto que reestrutura carreiras e reajusta os vencimentos de servidores do Poder Executivo foi aprovado pela Câmara dos Deputados nesta quarta-feira (21/5). A proposta vai ao Senado.

O texto foi enviado à Câmara em abril de 2025, pelo governo, e tramitou em regime de urgência constitucional.
A proposta substitui uma medida provisória que o governo mandou para o Congresso, que ficou travada por conta de um ime entre Câmara e Senado a respeito do rito de tramitação das matérias. A MP perderia a validade em 2 de junho.

Já os impactos referentes aos reajustes e reestruturações de carreira contemplam 38 acordos fechados pelo Governo com diversas categorias em 2024.
Segundo o Ministério da Gestão e da Inovação em Serviços Públicos (MGI), o impacto é de R$ 17,99 bilhões para 2025 e quase R$ 30 bilhões para 2027.
De acordo com o texto, as remunerações e salários dos servidores e empregados públicos federais terão reajuste salarial em duas etapas, sendo a última em 1º de abril de 2026.

O reajuste médio para os servidores federais é de 27% entre 2023 e 2026, segundo o MGI. Em 2023, foi feito um reajuste linear de 9% para cargos em comissão, funções de confiança e gratificações.
A proposta estabelece reajustes diferentes, conforme o nível hierárquico, para os cargos em comissão e funções de confiança. Os percentuais variam de 9% a 30%.
Os reajustes foram previstos para serem implementados em duas parcelas, sendo a primeira, em 1º de fevereiro de 2025 e a segunda, em 1º de janeiro de 2026.
