Segundo a Polícia Cívil, a vítima de 31 anos, foi encontrada em um quarto, no andar superior da casa onde o suspeito morava. Ela estava ferida e com sangramento no rosto.
A vítima afirmou aos oficiais que era agredida, dopada e obrigada a manter relações sexuais com o homem.
A polícia tomou conhecimento do caso após uma denúncia feita por uma amiga da vítima. A testemunha enviou fotos e vídeos da mulher com lesões no rosto. Os policiais, então, montaram uma campana no local.

Ainda segundo a corporação, ao perceber a chegada da polícia, Andrea tentou fugir pelos fundos, mas foi contido por três policiais após resistência.
A vítima foi resgatada e levada até a delegacia. No quarto de Andrea, a polícia teria encontrado 17 papelotes com substância semelhante à cocaína, além de seu celular e carteira de habilitação.
O caso foi registrado na 2ª Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) como cárcere privado, lesão corporal, violência psicológica contra a mulher, violência doméstica, estupro de vulnerável, tráfico de drogas e resistência à prisão.
