  • 150 g de presunto fatiado em cubos;
  • 150 g de mussarela fatiada em cubos;
  • 150 g de azeitonas picadas;
  • 100 g de champignon (opcional)

Molho 4v6s1r

  • 500 g de carne moída;
  • 500 g de extrato/polpa de tomate;
  • Temperos: óleo, alho, cheiro verde, tempero em pó, sal a gosto

Modo de Preparo 6c9w

1. Comece preparando o molho. Aqueça o óleo em uma a e coloque o alho para dourar;
2. Em seguida, coloque a carne moída e mexa bem. Junte o sal, o tempero em pó e o cheiro-verde, frite bem;
3. Misture o extrato/polpa de tomate e acrescente um pouco de água. Deixe ferver e desligue o fogo. Reserve;
4. Em um refratário grande, forre o fundo de uma forma quadrada com o molho da carne moída. Coloque os ninhos ainda crus. Sobre eles, coloque o requeijão e acrescente o presunto, a mussarela, as azeitonas e o champignon;
5. Cubra-os com o molho da carne moída. Forre a forma com papel alumínio e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 45 minutos.
