A Vila Olímpia não tem mais o aluguel mais caro de São Paulo. O bairro da zona sul da Capital foi superado pelo vizinho Brooklin, de acordo com o Índice de Aluguel QuintoAndar Imovelweb, divulgado nesta semana.

Segundo o estudo, os imóveis da Vila Olímpia mostraram uma certa estabilidade nos últimos 12 meses. O preço médio do metro quadrado para aluguel na região foi de R$ 98,82 em março, apresentando uma leve queda de 0,5% no último mês.
Já o Brooklin tem apresentado crescimento constante no preço, com uma alta de 15,3% nos últimos 12 meses. Esta é a primeira vez que o distrito chega ao topo do ranking.
De acordo com o indicador, São Paulo registrou, pelo 44º mês consecutivo, um aumento no preço médio do aluguel.

Em março, a alta em relação a fevereiro foi de 1,28%. Nos três primeiros meses do ano, o preço médio na cidade subiu 4,51%. Desde julho de 2021 São Paulo não registra uma queda no preço médio do metro quadrado.
