A Secretaria de Trânsito e Transporte de Itapecerica da Serra, na Grande São Paulo, implementou nesta segunda-feira (28/4) um sistema de estacionamento rotativo digital - Zona Azul - com 30 minutos de tolerância antes da cobrança.

Segundo a prefeitura, os motoristas poderão ocupar as vagas demarcadas por até 30 minutos sem necessidade de ativação. Os primeiros 30 minutos serão gratuitos.
Após esse prazo, o motorista terá que escanear o QR Code nas placas de sinalização ou usar o app Panda Parking, o WhatsApp (via Pix), um ponto de venda autorizado ou o app Sem Parar para pagar o valor do estacionamento.
Recentemente, a prefeitura também lançou um programa para pagamento de dívidas.

Ainda segundo a prefeitura, a fiscalização ficará a cargo de viaturas inteligentes, capazes de verificar o tempo de parada, a ativação da Zona Azul e até identificar veículos com queixa de furto ou roubo.
“O projeto atende ao motorista, que ganha tolerância sem custo, e ao comerciante, que terá mais rotatividade no centro da cidade”, destacou o prefeito Ramon Corsini. Ele ainda ressaltou que a abordagem tecnológica também reforçará a segurança urbana.
